Expertise in handling & managing an offshore Delivery Centre or separate business unit.

Senior Manager – Infrastructure
Experience in managing complete IT requirements (hardware & software).
Experience in setting up world class facilities & managing IT and security policies for the organization.
Good exposure to IT capital & revenue budgeting & SLA monitoring of vendors & service providers.

Manager- Projects
4 + years of experience with minimum 1 year as a project leader.
Strong IT Software Project Management and customer facing skills.
Experience in Java / .Net & Relational databases.

Asst Manager- Data harvesting
4 + years of experience in CGI Perl / XML / Data extraction tools.
Familiarity with databases.
Sessions handling exposure in websites.
Strong in managing & guiding the team effectively.

Technical Leads ( Java \ .Net )
3 + years of strong programming experience in Java or .Net
Should be able to develop & deploy dynamic object oriented web applications.
Ability to manage & guide the team effectively.
Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

Business Analyst – Software Presales
Should take full responsibility of doing system study.
Exposure in RFI / RFQ / RFP activities in a software company.
Exposure in business analysis, interfacing with clients, gathering requirements & frame specifications.
Should have experience in pre-sales activity.

Tele callers
6 months to 1year of outbound calling experience.
Excellent written & verbal skills is a must.
With good American accent will be an added advantage.
Exposure in selling software or concept selling will be prioritized.
Should work in night shifts.

Web Researchers
Graduates with good analytical skills.
Good in basic computer skills.
Willing to work in flexible work timings.
